Fun in the sun!

We have had some really beautiful weather in NJ for the last couple of weeks. The other day we bought Gabi a sand & water table (although technically I should put sand in it to make it a sand/water versus just a water table) anyway Gabi absolutely loved it and played with it for about 3 hours straight and would have played more except it was time for dinner, this kid has such a long attention span and will play with things for a long time. Yippee!

The ever present Kiki, these two really are the best of friends, Gabi has great conversations with Kiki and calls her "Kiki boo boo"

Happy Passover!

Our very good friends Gary & Marcia invited us over for Passover. We are not jewish but love other cultures and traditions. We had a great time. Gabi knows alot of the people pretty well but is usually still quite clingy ish. N0t this time she was running around everywhere and being quite the little social butterfly...finally. Loving little Brady.

A sad update....

We are so saddened that a couple of weeks ago my Dad lost his battle with Cancer. We thought he had longer and it happened really quickly in the end, we were told in February that he had just months and we of course hoped it would be many more. Luckily he did not suffer and it was only a few days before he died that he could no longer get up out of bed. My Dad was such an honorable man and a devoted Husband and Dad and Grandad. So many people loved him, he was loyal to the core, traditional, easy going, quiet and very unassuming. He was such a hard working man and usually so fit and strong. It is so hard to still believe this has happened. Here are a few pics taken just six months ago my Mum & Dad visited for a couple of weeks. Back when we still thought we had years! God bless you Dad, and know that wherever you are we are thinking of you always and are grateful for the years we had together.
